Burden calculation for Job Cost
Hello,
The following sample scenario:
A JDE client in the construction industry who pays their employees on a BW or SM basis but who needs their Job Cost to reflect payroll fringe and burden at least on a weekly basis;
My understanding is that the only way to achieve this is by using the Flat Burden, and setting it up at any level we can in order to reflect company-paid benefits and taxes as close as we can by using the Flat Burden rate from the Employee Master, the Union Pay Rate table or from the Business Unit table
It is either the Flat Burden - OR it is the actual burden (co-paid taxes and benefits) when calculated by the payroll. These are the only two methods I know of.
