Concurrent Managers starting from patch filesystem and not the run

Hi!

12.2.6 EBS.

adop cycle is fully completed successfully.

as soon as system started, all runing on fs1 , except oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsm.GSMSvcComponentContainer starts using other - fs2. Concurrent Managers are using binaries from patch filesystem fs2.

If adop empty cycle ->prepare, cutover without errors  -> run file system fs2 BUT the conc mgrs again started on fs1 what is now patch system.

Running adconfig not helping and checked that in Context file  of fs1 none of parameters  refernce to fs2.

None of the env parameters pointing to fs2.

Where  it takes that fs2 pointer the ?

ps -ef |grep fs2
