Oracle Cloud "Traditional Account" Dashboard not showing Subscribed "Compute Classic" Service while

Oracle Cloud "Traditional Account" Dashboard not showing Subscribed "Compute Classic" Service while it is visible under Identity account Dashboard.

The Oracle Cloud "Traditional Account" is required in order to create instance for EBS Admin Tool deployment under "Compute Classic" service and there is a set of commands required to continue the EBS Deployment Process on created Linux instance. The problem is that the "Traditional Account" Dashboard not showing "Compute Classic" service and it is also not available under "Customize Dashboard" tab. The  "Compute Classic" service is visible under Oracle Cloud "Identity Account" and i am able to connect to "Compute Classic" console. (See the Attachment -- Oracle SR Traditional,  Oracle SR Identity  ).
