FAH Excel Error correction Form

I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue - we have third party integrations to GL via FAH.  The IT team has created Responsibilities to an Excel adi based Error Correction form for each of the  Integration.  For some reason I seem to be the only user that cannot upload the errors into the excel form to see or correct them.  The system just hangs like it is still looking for the data.

Does anyone else use this functionality and know if there are certain settings needed in excel?
