Viewing my SI closed SRs

Hello,

I would like to see the list of the SRs (opened or closed) for my company's support Identifier. Currently while logged in I only see my last closed SR. (Currently, I have no open SRs). Is there a way to see a complete historical list of the SR numbers for my company's Support Identifier? 

(Note - I researched on MOS and reviewed multiple articles - and the steps to take (eg go to Service Request tab and activate "Closed SRs"  still only shows my last closed SR. Per Oracle docs I should be able to see the last 2 years of SRs.)
