Planning forms in Smart View

I am on PBCS.

I have a form created in PBCS which when data are input on PBCS will be accepted but when the same form is opened in Smart View, the data disappears when they are submitted.

Similarly, data input in PBCS Form cannot be deleted when performed in Smart View. When the data are cleared and submitted, the original data returns on the SV form.

I thought it may be something to do with implied share as I do have some single child parents in the page drop-down.

However, even the children of parents with more than one child exhibit same behavior.
