Converting from ODAVP to Bare Metal

We have two X6-2 HAs, one for production and one for dev/test.   We configured them to run virtualized, but have since decided to move our WebLogic VMs to a different virtual server instead of ODA (namely due to headaches we've encountered with ODA patch bundles and VM bugs).  Now that our ODAs will only run databases, we're giving serious thought to converting from ODAVP to bare metal.  But I also find that whole process a little terrifying and a lot time consuming.  Our non-production ODA has approximately 30 databases on it which is utilizing about 7.2T of .ACFS space on
