I am currently running version 12.2.0.1.4_20171212. It complains it needs to be upgraded but I canno

Trying to run orachk - it complaints it needs to be upgraded and it is older than 120 days.  There is no upgrade available.  I am forced to run it with noupgrade.  My guess is this is a "standard" maybe hard coded message somewhere?

 

Or am I missing something.
