Adding a new CSI to My Oracle Support
We just got a new Oracle CSI and when I log into My Oracle Support as an Admin it seems to allow me to create a new CSI, but it wants to create the new CSI #. I already have a new CSI #!! I just want to add it to my companies list of CSI #'s. And some of them are old and I don't believe they're correct anymore. Why is everything in Oracle so overcompliacted andseemingly designed with builtin raodblocks???
