Restore Production PDB from Tape Backup into QA CDB

Hi Friends,

I have a Production Container Database 12.1.0.2 with 2 PDBs. The container Database backups are taken to Tape.

I also have a QA Container Database 12.1.0.2 with 2 PDBs. Is it possible to restore just Production PDB from the Tape into the QA Container Database as a New(3rd) PDB?

If yes, can somebody share the high level steps.
