FDMEE Check Rule Fails Every Time

Check Rule/Rule Logic

We recently had some patches placed on our environment and now none of the Validations we had set up in Rule Logic seem to work any longer.  They display FALSE every time and the Validation report fails.

Below is an example of one Rule Logic check:

This just checks to make sure that your balance sheet out-of-balance account does not contain a figure greater than -10 or less than 10.

Is there any reason why this should not work??
