Enterprise Profile Submission Failure

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to install Siebel Enterprise Server IP2017 in a development environment.

I faced some issues but overcame them until I reached this one while trying to submit the Enterprise Profile -at last step in SMC-.

Raised Alert: Submit failed.

Common Logger - Error: [ERROR] - com.siebel.swsm.rest.RESTEndPoint:invokeAPI null Error occurred for class com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.config.ProfileResource and API addEnterpriseProfile

I have been searching for a the cause or a solution for days but unfortunately no luck.

I would really appreciate any help here.
