Hoping to maybe create some ground-swell here and get something changed..............................

Since we upgraded to OEM v13   2 months ago, we have been suffering with bug #25428331.

This bug forces 5 incidents to be generated, EVERY TIME we work on a patch plan in OEM.

Not just execute a patch plan, but creating, modifying, examining a plan forces the error.

The default setup has the event defined as CRITICAL, so emails get sent and pagers go off.

We bought the lifecycle  management pack, so we could use the patch plan features.

Including the quarterly security patching, which Oracle recommends everyone do.

But this bug makes that a pain.
