Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Chinese Characters are displayed as Inverted Question Mark (¿¿¿¿¿¿) while exporting from Oracle form

I'm trying to export the invoice data from an oracle form in EBS R12.2.5 .

In the export file Chinese Characters are displayed as Inverted Question Mark (¿¿¿¿¿¿) .

Has anyone faced similar issue? How to resolve this to get correct Chinese characters in the output extract.
