CafeOne and Persform together not work

Hi all,

I created a CafeOne starting from  version of P4101 and calls dinamically a version of P41202. For that version of P41202 I created a default GRID and a Default PERSFORM. The GRID is correctly defaulted, the PERSFORM is not defaulted correctly. If I call that version of P41202 stand-alone, it defaults automatically the PERSFORM, but If I look at that in the CAFEONE, the defaulted PERSFORM is the standard one and not mine. The UDOs are correctly shared and security are correctly setup. Moreover, in CafeOne setup, I entered the personal form I created, but it is not correctly called:
