Project is having issue while updating the approved cost budget

Hi PA Concultants,

Good Day!

We have one issue '

A Budget Line with the specified Resource and Start Date already exists for the project.

   Project: '&PROJECT';Task:&TASK;Budget Type: '&BUDGET_TYPE';

   Resource:'&SOURCE_NAME';Start Date:'&START_DATE'; ' while updating the project approved cost budget.

Were tried in 1362676.1 using the script provided but it is not helping to resolve my issue.

If any one of you are aware of this issue.
