Restore a database on a new host using RMAN tape backup

Hello team,

Source PRD db

============

DB version - 11R2 ( 11.2.0.4 )

OS - Windows 2008 R2 standard

Backup tools - EMC Networker 9.0.1.5 - RMAN Daily Full backup w/o catalog

TEST db

DB version - 11R2 ( 11.2.0.4 )

OS - Windows 2008 R2 standard

Backup tools - EMC Networker 9.0.1.5

I'm going to setup new DB on TEST db server. Plan to restore from last good backup via tape.

How should i proceed on next action
