Peoplesoft PSMI - Cart Count, Peoplesoft stops responding while counting carts
Good morning. We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 through Image 22, and are experiencing issues while users are using PSMI for cart count (we use TC70 devices); while in the middle of counting carts that Peoplesoft stops responding. Users have to sign back in and recount the cart. Wifi does not lose connection. Wondering if others have the same issue and how to resolve.
