Header and Footer in HFM Data Forms

It might be a new feature when a form is imported into Excel, but does anyone know how to remove the header and footer from the form(red pointer)? I tried to go into the design mode in Worksapce, but could not find any setting to remove the head and footer.   Thanks  in advance for any feedback or suggestion
