EXCEL 2013 32bit power query connect to ORACLE Database

Hi we have oracle database 11.2 and oracle users are able connect to databases from their Laptops. All Laptops are 64 bit and installed Excel 2013 32bit.

I installed oracle Client 12 64 bit.  When I tried to connect DB excel power query  I am having error

Ora-12154 TNS Count not resolve the connect identifier specified

Please note that  through command prompt , able to connect to oracle database.

I installed ODAC121024Xcopy_32bit as well. But having issue to connect.

Through 64bit odbc data source, able to connect to DB. But   32bit  odbc data source not able to connect. 

I tried to installed Oracle 12c Client 32bit. But Installation is  failed to installed.
