XML Post Processing Issue

Hi Experts,

We have applied RPC5 and RUP10 patches in our HRMS 12.1.3 environment and after patch application our all XML publisher reports with execution method as PL/SQL Procedure are encountering the below error

If you can see the output file size is 1436 and XML output file is getting generated however the desired output e.g. PDF/RTF/Excel is not coming. As soon as the xml output is generated the application is disabling Output Post processing.
