Hours & Quantities- Time Entry

Hello,

I have setup Issue code =I at BOM & completing Hours & Quantities Manually. Also at Manufacturing Constant I have kept the Labor Rate Source & Machine Rate source as 1- Work Center Rates Table.

I have frozen the Labor & Machine Rates at Work Center. Now when I am trying to complete the Hours & Quantities manually using Time Entry Revision form, Machine rates are correctly populating which was mentioned at the Work Center, but for Labor system is asking to update Employee Rate in Employee Rate Master table(P00191).

I want the rate should get populate here on time entry from Work Center. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to get the Labor Rate to be populated from work center instead of Employee Rate Table.
