'This Serial Number is Not Available' error in OT receipt

Hello Team,

In an ongoing scenario, there is a ST/PT transaction for an item A from B/P 1 to B/P 2. The lot process type for item A is 4 in both the B/Ps.

Item is successfully shipped from B/P 1 and ST status updated.

Lot number in both B/P 1 and B/P 2  , used in the transaction is the same.

However  , during receipt of OT at B/P 2 in the same lot , system throws an error 'This Serial Number is Not Available'. Receipt routing is activated in the P4312 version being used.

What can be a possible fix here??
