Error in change assistant while running an impact analysis is business function should be mapped loc

Hello Guys,

I am getting an error in change assistant when i try for impact analysis. I logged in for Planner env in DEP sever (when I press impact analysis it asked me to logon )

Error is bussiness function should be mapped locally to to the Enterprise one objects.

Please help me here
