Statement Generation Program fails with No corresponding statement_date for statement_cycle_date_id

Hi All,

when am submitting the statement generation program from front end it is working fine. When am submitting the program using API 'fnd_request.submit_request' It is ending in error. Below is the log message. I both the cases am passing the same parameters, Even though it is ending in error as mentioned above. Please help me in Resolving this.
