Adobe cloud esignature with PS Supplier Contracts

Is there anyone using Adobe cloud eSignature with PeopleSoft Supplier Contracts?  Oracle documentation is very vague about the functionality and not sure we want to go to effort of setting up if it won't meet our requirements.  Any help would be appreciated.
