Project Costing Template -- New OU not on Organization LOV.

Hi,

I have a new OU created and set as  Project Expenditure/Event Organization and Project Task Owning Organization. The organization is set to allow Indirect, Capital and Contract projects.

Issue

When I go to create a new project template the New OU is not on the List of Value in the organization field. For this reason am not able to create a new template. How do make this show
