Batch processor R011110Z

Hello,

We would like to add or update bulk information to some records in the address book. For that purpose my developer created a custom application to mass upload records in the temporary tables:

  

F0111Z1	Batch Who's Who Information
F01151Z1	Batch - Electronic Address
F0115Z1	Phones - Interoperability

but I am wondering if batch processor R011110Z can only handled one record at a time because if I run the report for a single record in the address book, the batch updates or adds email addresses and phones, but as soon as I have more than one record to be updated, the second and subsequently do no update.
