Applying Patch 27468969 on 12.2.0.1.0 with OPatch version 12.2.0.1.13 Is Failing

Hi All,

I'm trying to install GoldenGate on RAC , version 12.2.0.1(GI home not shared and DB home not shared) on my vm. for that, I tried to create an acfs, but it's failed due to some bug - which is going to be fixed in patch Patch 25078431: (OBS1:: ACFS MODULE ORACLEACFS.KO FAILS TO LOAD ON OL7U3 SERVER WITH RHCK). Instead, Oracle suggested me to patch the home with Patch 27468969.

But this patch needs the opatch utility version to be 12.2.0.1.11 or higher, so I updated opatch utility from 12.2.0.1.5 to 12.2.0.1.13.

but when i try to run opatchauto apply, it's giving me the below error.
