AR Statistical History Refresh

I'm working with the 9.1 environment. Using a specific customer as my example, fields such as 'Last Invoice Date' are not updating for 2018.

I noticed P03B218 had not been updated since 2016.

I added 2017 and made it the current year and submitted R03B16A, no changes resulted.

I added 2018 and made it the current year and submitted R03B16A, no changes resulted.

I have also submitted R03B525 with no change.

What else is required to have the statistical information updated?
