Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 我有一个procedure，原来在ORACLE9.2.0.8上运行时间在2分钟。迁移到ORACLE12.1.0.2上后，运行时间需要8分钟。导致应用系统变慢，不知道原因在哪？
