INS-06009 SSH performance is detected to be slow, which may impact performance during remote node op

Hi all,

I get the above message when doing

$oracleGridHome/crs/config/config.sh -silent -responseFile $gridConfig -ignorePrereq

for a RAC config.on Oracle Rdbms 12.2.0.1 (with or without having applied the APR 18 Patchset)

doing a

oracle$ ssh otherhost date

takes about 0.7 seconds, so not extremly fast but also not really slow.

Searching for "INS-06009" on both google and MOS did not return any result (really not a single one, did you ever have this).

gridSetup.sh then takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour, which I don't know if this is normal speed or due to the "slow ssh".

Anyone having experiences this warning message too or heard of it, and know how to get this faster ?
