Custom Error Message in Unifier when BI Connection is not found
We have seen that often times when BI Publisher is down and Unifier is trying to run reports (Custom), we get a Blank Screen. Later on investigation we realize that BI Server / Services were down.
The Blank screen confuses the users as they are not able to understand if this Network Delay / Issue in BI / Report is not working
Is there a way to show a Customized Message that underlying BI Connection was lost / not working ?
