OMW Project Advance from PY920 to PD920

Dear Expert,

Customer is having a problem to advance project from PY920 (26) to PD920 (38).

Steps that been preformed:-

1. Copy the [sysadmin] role and name as [DEPLOY] role.

2. Assign the user ID (deploy1) to DEPLOY role

3. When deploy1 user log into the FAT Client and try to advance the project from 26 to 28, there is no option 28, only have option 25

Test scenario:-

1. Add the [sysadmin] role for user Deploy1, deploy1 user can see the option 25 and 28 when click advance project.

Questions:-

1. What is the missing steps to enable the user deploy1 to see the option 28 during click advance project  on oOMW project status 26?
