how to resolve the Issue while send the mail in siebel?

Hi Everyone,

I have the below  issue while sent the mail to SR Creator  when  SR Staus is "Resolved".

Issue: Sent 0 out of 0 messages. Error occurred on sending message to 'example@siebel.com' with subject = 'RE : SR Resolved'.(SBL-CMO-00155).

I have used the "Internet SMTP/IMAP Server,   Internet SMTP/POP3 Server" communication Drivers

I have used the html template

I have specified  the example@siebel.com in  Administrator Email Address field in  under Response Groups

I've verified the below Profile Parameter Overrides:

Convert Incoming To Plain TextTRUE
Delete Processed MessagesFALSE
Enable SSL for IMAPTRUE
Enable TLS for SMTP
