I need some help in writing below rule.

I have measures

m1 (scls,str.atth,prfd) contains below 2 data

ab,str1,1,01,Black

ab,str1,2,01,Narrow

ab,str1,3,01,ALL

ab,str1,4,01,ALL

ab,str1,5,01,ALL

ab,str1,1,02,Black

ab,str1,2,02,ALL

ab,str1,3,02,ALL

ab,str1,4,02,ALL

ab,str1,5,02,ALL

Attribute value ALL is loaded manually for m1.

m1 (itpt,str,atth) contains below data

ab1,str1,1,Black

ab1,str1,2,Narrow

Now

scls>itpt belongs to prod hierarchy and ab1 belongs to ab

str belongs to loc hierarchy

prfd is a custom hierarchy which contains 50 values starting from 01 to  50

atth belongs to custom hierarchy ATTR which contains below data
