optimizer_adaptive_features = FALSE

All,

If we keep optimizer_adaptive_features = FALSE in init file on 12c instance does it required to keep optimizer_features_enable=11.2.0.4 ?

i would like to know need to mention or not ?

This is after database upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2
