OSWatcher was not running through cronjob

Hi,

I've scheduled OS Watcher through cronjob which was not running and giving the below error message,

[oraprod@e1vsr107 oswbb]$ tail -10f /u01/OSWatcher/oswbb/OSWatcher.log

An OSWatcher process has been detected.

Please stop it before starting a new OSWatcher process.

But i've checked no OS Watcher process is running. Where the same is running fine manually.
