after Defining/deploy Metric Extension (ME) data collection is not done.. How to debug it ?

Release: OEM 13c

I've defined a ME and deployed it on 5 targets with a periodicity to be retrieved 1 time per day. However the collection retrieved the data the first day of the deployment and nothing since...

How can i debug why the data collection is not done each day ?

Same setup has been done on our Integration OEM repository and it works fine ..
