LOA with benefits - Journal errors
Hello,
We have employees that are on leave - no pay, but still receive benefits. We have these employees setup with an autopay codes of No pay excused that gives them 80 hours and no pay. This pay code is setup in Labor Distribution AAIs, and a time card is created with the 80 hours and no pay and the correct account number based on the AAI setup, but the BF journal records aren't recognizing it and are just throwing errors with home BU and no object or sub..
In an earlier post I saw it mentioned that if calc with no gross DBAs are processed for an employee with no pay, then a time card gets automatically created with no hours or pay in order to drive the burden journal entries... so why isn't it working in my example.. am I missing something?
