Freight Handling Code relationship to Incoterms

I'm trying to map the freight handling codes to the incoterms listed here. I can find some in JDE, in UDC 42|FR under the code's Description 2, like FAS, DDP, FOB, but not EXW or FCA. Is there a table somewhere that matches all the standard 42|FR codes with their respective incoterms?
