OneView with the Competency module

Hello,

Provided that there is no OneView out-of-the-box that comes with the Competency module, how complex - or easy - is it for creating one that would join the F060116 EE Master information with the F05100 Resource Competency.

Sample Scenario: The client wishes to search for competencies however within a given region or division only, not throughout the whole Competency Database; also, may also want to limit the search to active employees only for instance, rather than displaying all filtered competencies regardless of whether the employee is still active or terminated.
