Email not sent on Case Closure from Solutions tab - Case Mgmt JDE
We are implementing case management system in JDE 9.1.
I have configured email addresses for the customer. When I use the solutions tab to create a new solution, and update it to a successful resolution (SR) it closes the case automatically. However, it does not send an email to the customer regarding case closure. When I close the case manually through P90CG501, it sends an email to the customer. Is there any set up that I am missing? I have checked the status, and it has a blank next status for 999 which I understand is required.
Is there any specific set up required to send an email to the customer when case is closed by assigning a successful resolution to the case through the Solutions tab?
