DRP Regenaration (R3483|IQM0002)

Why doea the DRP Regenaration (R3483|IQM0002) process Sales Order (Order Type = 'SO' and Line Type = 'S') which is still pending approval with hold codes (F4201.SHHOLD = 'AH' or 'AC'). The Hold Code in Sales Order is a indicator for user whether the Sales Order has been approved or not by manager (AH - Approval Hold - will show once user created the new sales order and AC- Approval Change - will show if user edit the existing sales order records. We only want the DRP Regenaration (R3483|IQM0002) to process approved Sales Orders without any hold codes. How can
