Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trying to disable update date column in WIP issuance(move Transaction) & wip Completion form

need to block user from updating date from WIP move transaction form and WIP Completion. I tried with personalization not successful.
