Expected behavior of supplement earnings when Tax separately is NO

When creating a new supplement earnings and defaulting the input value for Tax separately to NO and Separate Check is set to NO we are not receiving the results as expected when running in a Regular Run.

We want this element to process

     1 - included in the employee's regular run results

     2 - do not expect to see a run result for "Tax Separate"

     3 - NO second SOE

The client is 12.1.3 and as I recall changing the input values to No would include on the employee's regular pay and producing only one SOE.

Thoughts, comments or a solution would be appreciated.
