Some items missing in DSNO file in delivery

Hi Friends,

only 2 items are missing in DSNO file after ship confirm and DSNO program completion. if run DSNO program manually for that delivery/trip, DSNO file generating for all items including problematic items.

this issue happening recent day but there is no changes in item set up or Customer cross ref items setup.

also packed correctly and could not find any clue.

Please let me know possible missing setups or reason for missing items in DSNO file.
