BATCHEXPORT/IMPORT Siebel 2000 v.6.3

we have siebel 7X and Siebel 8.x and we still have Siebel 2000 6.3... Does anybody knows  how can i export and import sif files with the BATCHEXPORT and BATCHIMPORT wiith command line in siebel 2000? On siebel 7 and 8 it works fine and i need to do this on Siebel version 6x...
