Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. is there any risk to run SQL tuning advisor on prod to tuning the SQL ,which was ran rleady.

does this advisor will change the records or just like explain plan for the SQL ?
