JDE 9.2 Inventory Valuation analysis

When running R41590 as a CSV, the output in excel is very hard for the client to summarize the information needed with filtering and standard excel functions. Is there a trick to formatting the excel output to remove all the empty spaces and make it more user friendly?

As an alternative, the client is using One view Valuation Analysis, however, the view over this application is uses item master instead of item branch. Client needs to sort and summarize on SRP 1 on the item branch F4102 record, not F4101. Is it possible to view this information with F4102 in One-View valuation analysis without creating a custom business view?
